Do you ship outwith the UK?
Yes we do. We will ship anywhere however we ask our overseas customers to purchase from our Folksy or Etsy shops rather than this website as we are not able to apply the relevant shipping charges here.
How much is postage and packaging?
Until further notice and within the UK postage and packaging from Konnie Kapow is free of charge. We may revise this in the future.
When will I receive my order?
All cards, with the exception of custom and personalised orders, will be dispatched within 3 working days by Royal Mail First Class. Should you need your order sooner than that please email konnie@konniekapow.co.uk and we'll see what we can do. There may be costs incurred to get you your order sooner but we'll endeavour to do our best for you.

Payment
Konnie Kapow! will only accept payments via paypal.
If the item is not paid for within 3 days, the sale will be cancelled unless otherwise agreed upon. Don't be afraid to contact me if you have any specific requirements; I'll always do what I can to be helpful. Don't be shy!
Shipping
Items will be dispatched within 3 working days of payment being made. In the case of custom or personalised orders this may be up to 5 working days.
Items will be well packaged however, I will where possible and within reason reuse outer packaging. Konnie Kapow! cares about the environment so if the outer envelope is a wee bit tatty don't worry, the inside won't be!
Refunds and Exchanges
Each card/item is individually made so please allow for slight differences in items where there are more than one. However, photographs give an accurate depiction of the items.
Due to the individual and handmade nature of our cards, we ask that you read the description carefully before you buy. Sizes of cards are stated clearly in item descriptions.
If you're not happy with your item for whatever reason then we are not happy, we will issue refunds on cards purchased provided they are not personalised or a custom design.
